Adjustment of Meter Reading and Payment Due Date

In our effort to serve you better and to provide you adequate time to settle your monthly electric bills, please be informed of following changes:


1. Meter Reading Date: Effective March 2024, we've shifted our meter reading date to the 25th of each month (from 26th) for improved accuracy.

2. Payment Due Date: Corresponding to the meter reading adjustment, your electric bill will be delivered earlier, and the corresponding payment due date will be on the 20th of every month. Please note, if the 20th falls on a holiday or weekend, the due date will be the next regular working day.

Additionally, we're excited to introduce our Paperless Billing service, promoting sustainability and convenience at no extra cost to you. Opting in means receiving your monthly statements via email directly to your designated email address/es.
