Non-charging of Transmission Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges

(January 2023 billing)

In compliance with the Energy Regulatory Commission's Resolution No. 14, Series of 2022, A Resolution Adopting the Revised Rules Governing the Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-Up Mechanisms and Corresponding Confirmation Process for Distribution Utilities, Clark Electric will implement changes in its internal processes to conform to the revised reportorial requirements set by the Commission. In line with this, transmission VAT will be suspended for the January 2023 billing but shall resume February 2023 billing and onwards.
