How Do I Apply?
Submit the accomplished form at CEDC office together with the required documents based on the following type of application:
- Accomplished Application Form.
- Company Profile (Business Information, Brief History, Mission/Vision and Management).

Electrical Plans Certified by a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (1 set).
a) Location Plan
b) Load Schedule, Computations and One Line Diagram - Copy of Site Development Plan."
- Copy of Lease Agreement with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) or Sub-Lease Agreement (with attached accomplished Undertaking).
- Copy of Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CORTE) from CDC.
- Originial copy of notarized Board Resolution authorizing person/s to sign, negotiate and transact with CEDC on behalf of the Corporation.
- Copy of valid IDs of Corporate Secretary or Authorized Person/s (for Corporate Accounts).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI) from CDC.
- Contract of Service.
- Data Privacy Act (DPA) Consent Form.
- Bill/Security Deposit.
Note: Items no. 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are only applicable to corporate accounts.

Electrical Plans Certified by a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (1 set).
a) Location Plan
b) Load Schedule, Computations and One Line Diagram
c) For electric motors larger than 15 HP, they should have a motor control diagram. These motors should have reduced voltage starting device.
d) For Indoor or Outdoor Substation- Equipment Layout & Installation Drawings
- Specification of Major Electrical Equipment & Devices Switching Structure Drawings.
- Grounding System Drawings
- Transformer test reports (Manufacturer and On-site, Hi-pot test for XLPE power cable, Protection Relay Settings, Transformer Bushing Capacitance test reports and other pertinent technical data as maybe required.
- Vault Room Plan/Transformer Pad Plan for application involving installation of CEDC Pad mounted Transformer and Primary Metering Vault.
- If development is 7MVA or above, negotiation for substation lot wil be required.
- Copy of Site Development Plan.
- Copy of Lease Agreement with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) or Sub-Lease Agreement (with attached accomplished Undertaking).
- Copy of Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CORTE) from CDC.
- Originial copy of notarized Board Resolution authorizing person/s to sign, negotiate and transact with CEDC on behalf of the Corporation.
- Copy of valid IDs of Corporate Secretary or Authorized Person/s (for Corporate Accounts).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI) from CDC.
- Contract of Service.
- Data Privacy Act (DPA) Consent Form.
- Bill/Security Deposit.
- Accomplished Application Form.
- Company Profile (Business Information, Brief History, Mission/Vision and Management).
- Location Map.
- Electrical Plans consisting of wiring layout, vicinity plan, load schedule, computations and one-line-diagra, (certified by a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer). For electric motors larger than 15 HP should have a motor control diagram, these motors should have reduced voltage starting device.
- Copy of Lease Agreement with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) or Sub-Lease Agreement or Copy of Contract with Lessee (for Contractors applying for the temporary power).
- Copy of Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CORTE) from CDC.
- Original copy of notarized Board Resolution as to who is/are the Authorized Person/s to transact, give instructions, gsign all documents and contracts for & in behalf of the Corporation with regard to its transactions with CEDC (for Corporate Accounts).
- Copy of Valid IDs of Corporate Secretary or Authorized Person/s (for Corporate Accounts).
- Tax Identification Number (for E-VAT locators).
- Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI) from CDC.
- Agreement for the Sale of Electric Energy
- Bill Deposit and Installation/Removal charge.
Non-compliance with the above-listed requirements will delay the processing of application.
- After completion and evaluation of all the requirements, a base meter will be issued by CEDC and to be installed by the customer’s qualified contractor/electrician (for Non-CT rated connections).
- Once the base meter is installed, please inform Clark Electric and submit a photo of the installed base meter and service pedestal.
- Our representative will then conduct a survey to ensure that the installed base meter and service pedestal is compliant with the technical requirements of Clark Electric.
- You will be contacted by Clark Electric regarding the result of the survey. If rework is needed, please make sure that the recommendation given are followed.

Upon verification on the field, our Customer Service Engineer will compute for the bill deposit.
- The bill deposit is equivalent to the computed/estimated one-month billing.
- CEDC shall pay interest on bill deposits equivalent to the prevailing interest rate for savings deposit as approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
- Bill Deposit is refundable upon termination of contract.
Note: Facility installation and removal charge will be imposed for temporary power application (non-refundable).
- Visit CEDC office to pay for the bill deposit and sign the contract of service (Residential application) and Agreement for the Sale of Electric Energy (Non-Residential/Temporary application).
- Our representative will install your electric meter on the scheduled date of energization.
