March 2024 Generation Charges and Bill Rates

1. Changes every month based on the movement in generation cost  in accordance with Article 2 Section 2 of ERC Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, inclusive of adjustment as per ERC Case No. 2021-018 CF.     
2. Changes every month based on the movement in transmission cost in accordance with Article 2 Section 3 of ERC Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, inclusive of adjustment as per ERC Case No. 2021-018 CF.     
3. Implementation of provisionally approved PBR rates for Regulatory Year 2015, in accordance with ERC Order on ERC Case No. 2014-130 RC dated February 2, 2015     
4. Changes every month based on the movement in generation and transmission costs and 12-month moving average system loss in accordance with Article 2 Section 4 of ERC Resolution No.16, Series of 2009,  inclusive of adjustment as per ERC Case No. 2021-018 CF.     
5. In accordance with the ERC Order in Case No. 2014-135 RC dated August 17, 2015 extending its provisional authority allowing NPC to implement the CY 2014 UCME subsidy amounting to PhP0.1544/kWh.     
6. In accordance with the Decision in ERC Case No. 2015-139 RC dated April 10, 2019, cessation of order effective February 2020.     
7. In accordance with the Decision in ERC Case No. 2013-195 RC MR docketed January 15, 2019.     
8. In accordance with the Decision in ERC Case No. 2019-056 RC dated December 29, 2020.     
9. In accordance with ERC advisory dated May 22, 2020 UC Environmental Charge is suspended until further notice.
